With a career spanning 17 years, Mya Dalton is not just a seasoned professional; she is a certified brand coach with a passion for helping brands connect on a deeper level. Starting in 2008 in the digital media landscape, Mya has navigated diverse industries, working with major names like Warner Bros, Sony Pictures, Amex, and more.

    Mya brings a wealth of experience and holds the distinction of being a certified coach, providing a unique blend of strategic insight and coaching proficiency. Her expertise spans entertainment, consumer goods, luxury brands, and beyond.

  • Amanda DioGuardi

    Amanda is a CRM Consultant who is passionate about the customer journey and helping brands create meaningful connections through personalized communications.

    Previously, Amanda was the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing at Nutrafol where she built and ran Nutrafol’s retention marketing program, including all post-purchase communications across email, SMS, direct mail, in-box collateral, and in-app.

    Before Nutrafol, Amanda owned the email, SMS, and push notification programs at Warby Parker for both Growth and Retention, in which she ideated, designed, and deployed all campaigns. At Warby Parker, Amanda led the CRM strategy for new product launches, retail store openings, partnerships, and reactivation campaigns, across the eyeglasses and contacts divisions in the US and Canada.

    Amanda has experience with health & wellness, retail, and food & beverage brands. She leverages data, A/B test results, and customer FAQs to develop and implement powerful CRM strategies, resulting in increased Lifetime Value (LTV).

    With a specialty in crafting captivating short-form video content on TikTok, Emily's repertoire extends from brand comedy to finance education and influencer advertising. While some may jest about her purported lack of artistic integrity, Emily's colleagues and clients praise her as "stylistically flexible and adept at adhering to brand guidelines."
